Role Overview

As a National Account Executive, you'll play a key role within the commercial team. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high street retail accounts while also supporting on one of the UK's largest grocery customers. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience with major retailers, learn from experienced Senior National Account Managers and build the skills needed to progress your career.

No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in customer meetings, promotional planning, analysing sales performance, forecasting, preparing presentations and supporting joint business plans. You'll work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, giving you a real understanding of how a successful FMCG business operates. Most importantly, you'll be trusted to contribute, share ideas and make a genuine impact from day one.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year's experience within FMCG across Sales, Marketing or Buying.
  • A passion for building customer relationships and developing commercially.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience analysing data and using tools such as Kantar, Nielsen or retailer insight platforms.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Someone who enjoys spotting opportunities and finding ways to grow accounts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Able to commute to the office Monday to Thursday.
  • Full UK driving licence.
