The Role

We are looking for a motivated and tenacious individual with great relationship building qualities, is solutions driven and pragmatic, and is incredibly motivated with excellent communication skills. You will be reporting to the eCommerce National Account Manager, and you will be supporting and working with the rest of the Commercial Sales team.

Duties/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the promotional plan is executed to maximum impact and is implemented in accordance with the agreement with the customer
  • Complete all New Product Development and Product documentation as directed by the Senior National Account Manager (internally & externally)
  • Work with Supply Chain to review and adapt the monthly forecast to ensure an accurate view of both Sales Value and Volume is predicted.
  • Manage trade spend across accounts, ensuring accurate spend is planned for promotions and any online activation.
  • Develop customer relationships across all functions (supply chain, marketing, merchandising and promo management) with all accounts.

Key Attributes/Skills:

  • Graduate with a degree in business or marketing, ideally with experience in account management or field sales in FMCG
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel demonstrating the use of analysis to develop plans
  • Experience of working with external partners (Retail or Distributor) ideally in a business development role
  • Understanding of the retail, media & digital landscape
