Business Development Executive - Coffee
Location: London (1-2 days per week) | Hybrid
Salary: Up to c£35,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client:
A market-leading premium coffee business with an impressive portfolio of brands enjoyed across the UK and internationally. Continuing to grow strongly within the foodservice and hospitality channel, working with customers ranging from café chains through to football clubs, sporting venues, hotels, and workplace catering operators. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join their Away From Home team.
Business Development Executive Role:
As a Business Development Executive, your role is to manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 30-35 foodservice customers.
- Build strong relationships with cafés, hotels, leisure operators, hospitality groups, and workplace catering businesses.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase distribution, and develop existing accounts.
- Support the wider sales team with customer administration, reporting, forecasting, and new business activity.
- Conduct customer review meetings and ensure commercial plans are delivered effectively.

Ideal Candidate:
You’re personable, confident engaging with different types of customers, and keen to make an impact in a business that’s growing fast.
- Industry experience (F&B, FMCG, coffee, hospitality) is needed and be passionate about the industry.
- You should bring some experience in sales or a customer-driven role and be ready to learn quickly.
- Could suit a commercial graduate-calibre candidate, Barista Trainer, Coffee Ambassador, Territory Executive, Account Executive, or someone looking to take their first step into national accounts.
