Grenade is an international active nutrition and lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by its strong branding, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG Industry. Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional National Account Executive who will work closely with the National Account Manager, providing key support to deliver account plans, manage day-to-day operations, and maximize revenue opportunities. If you’re passionate about Wholesale, have strong commercial acumen, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this period of growth and brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.

How You Will Contribute

  • Updating weekly Epos performance data and sharing the analysis and insight with both the NAM and the wider grocery team.
  • Submitting promotional detail into the relevant customer portals.
  • Promotional analysis and recommendations.
  • Approve and sign off invoices.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts at Sainsbury’s and High Street retailers, acting as a point of contact for queries and support.
  • Update and submit monthly forecasts for each customer.
  • Resume the day-to-day contact with the customer supply chain team, flagging any relevant concerns to ensure best in practice communication.
  • Work effectively with Grenade internal teams (supply, product, finance) to ensure efficiency for Grenade and customers.
  • Where relevant, participate in customer review meetings alongside the NAM.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve account efficiencies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
