National Account Executive / Junior National Account Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent
We're on the lookout for an ambitious and growth-minded person to join our sales team!
The National Account Executive will play a key role in the execution of the Mayborn UK commercial strategy, supporting the management and development of strategic Retail customer accounts and representing our iconic Tommee Tippee brand.
You will be working closely with the Senior National Account Manager and wider Commercial functions, supporting the delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBP’s), promotional planning and monthly forecasting, preparing internal & external presentations, and driving excellence in execution through first-class data analysis – identifying opportunities to win through new range and distribution, and support building our market share. You’ll be building brilliant customer relationships that deliver through trusted partnerships.

What you will be doing:
- Developing commercial plans with Senior National Account Manager that are aligned to our Regional & Global strategy.
- Supporting the management of key customer accounts, ensuring excellence in execution, always.
- Analysing sales performance, identifying trends, risks & opps, and providing recommendations.
- Be the conduit from Mayborn to the Customer on the day-to-day, including pricing, new line forms, promotional submissions, and responding to customer queries.
- Supporting the SNAM/NAM on the monthly S&OP and Forecasting process.
- Taking ownership of agreed projects and smaller customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure great service levels.
- Using customer portals and market data platforms to provide insight and action, focusing on KPI’s around distribution, ROS, and customer investment ROI.
- Completion of promotional evaluation forms and recommend internally on performance & next steps.
- Invoice matching and ensuring invoice trackers are updated regularly and accurately.
- Collaboration cross-functionally with Category, Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Updating & coordinating central trackers + other ad-hoc support required.

What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in Sales (we’d consider Category and Marketing backgrounds). Exposure to UK Grocery, Discount, or High Street channels would be an advantage.
- Commercially astute and a love for data and transforming it into tangible recommendations.
- Proactive and solutions focused, able to identify issues early and suggest practical next steps.
- Brilliant communication skills & comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally experienced in using platforms such as Circana Unify, Nielsen, and Kantar, Power BI, etc.
- Well organised, able to multi-task, prioritise effectively and work at pace.
- Flexible, adaptable, and embracing of feedback & new ways of working.
- Collaborative & able to work well cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance.
- Having a growth mindset and focused on driving your own development – this role will provide fantastic opportunities to build a career in the organisation.
