MacGregor Black is partnering with an established food and snacking manufacturer on the appointment of a National Account Executive supporting its Morrisons, Asda, Aldi and Lidl portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will help deliver customer plans, maintain excellent account information and take ownership of agreed projects. This is an opportunity for someone with pace and commercial curiosity to develop broader retailer exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support account planning, customer meetings and the preparation of commercial proposals.
- Analyse sales, margin, promotional and category performance to identify actions.
- Maintain forecasts, pricing information, launch plans and customer reporting.
- Coordinate samples, NPD timelines and customer requests with internal teams.
- Own agreed workstreams and follow actions through to completion.
- Build relationships across customer and site teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- Early commercial experience in FMCG, ideally supporting grocery accounts.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to explain what the numbers mean.
- Excellent organisation and follow-through across several priorities.
- Confidence to ask questions, suggest improvements and learn quickly.
- An interest in using digital and AI tools responsibly to improve research, analysis and preparation.
