Role: Brand Executive
Salary: Up to £30,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Windsor | Hybrid

We're recruiting for a fast-growing beauty distribution business that takes niche, overseas beauty brands and builds their presence in the UK market, working directly with retailers including Boots, Superdrug, Amazon, and LookFantastic.
As the business restructures its Commercial team for the next stage of growth, they're looking for a Brand Executive to sit at the centre of it all - the link between brand partners, retailers and internal teams, making sure every launch, promotion and piece of content lands accurately and on time.
What you'll actually be doing
- Supporting Category Managers to deliver Joint Business Plans across a portfolio of brands and retailers
- Owning product data and content in the PIM system - keeping copy, imagery and specs accurate and retailer-compliant
- Adapting US brand copy for the UK market - tone, spelling, phrasing
- Coordinating trade marketing activations: promotions, launches, POS and digital materials, working directly with agencies and printers
- Tracking activation performance and feeding learnings back to the wider team

What you'll need
- 1-3 years' experience in a commercial, trade marketing or administrative role - beauty, FMCG or retail background preferred
- A working foundation in trade marketing - you understand what a JBP is, how retailer activations come together, and why the detail matters
- Comfortable getting hands-on with creative tasks - image resizing, basic asset creation, adapting brand content for different retailer formats
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and confidence picking up new systems (PIMs, retailer portals)
- Excellent written English with a sharp eye for detail
- Organised, proactive, and calm under the pressure of multiple live priorities
