National Account Executive - On trade
Location: Central London (3 days a week)
Salary: £45-50k + bonus + excellent benefits

With ambitious growth plans across both retail and Away From Home (AFH) channels, the business is continuing to invest in innovation, digital transformation and evolving consumer experiences. The Roles
As a National Account Executive within the AFH team, this role will focus on driving new business wins across key customer channels. (Think Pubs, QSRs, Wholesalers, Distributors etc) You will be responsible for proactively identifying, developing and securing new strategic accounts within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who is motivated by uncovering opportunities, building strong customer relationships and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the relevant Channel Lead and the wider AFH team.
You will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team focused on delivering sustained business growth as part of a long-term strategic plan, with strong opportunities for ownership, impact and development in a dynamic and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target and secure new national and regional accounts within the Away From Home channel.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers, converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and value propositions aligned to customer needs, category insights and wider market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with in-house teams to develop and deliver high-quality selling materials that effectively influence customers across multiple selling environments.
- Act as a trusted partner by understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions through the product portfolio.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive new business growth.
