Role Overview

We are looking for a National Account Executive to be responsible for coordinating and implementing tactical support for our Customers as well as supporting the National Account Manager with relevant administration tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Be aware of in-market plans for each customer and ensure all relevant administration and support is complete
  • Use the sales data available to ensure consistency with internal data and monitor product and category performance by market/customer
  • Coordinate samples for sending out to each account at key launch times
  • Manage customer-specific registration requirements, liaising with relevant teams to ensure all information is available for any product launches
  • Coordinate, submit, and evaluate account-specific promotions and proposals
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to understand and implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accounts
  • Production of stand update packs, managing coordination of this with the relevant Distributor and Merchandising Company
  • Support National Account Managers with range reviews / trackers, stand layouts, and retailer planograms (including introductions and discontinuations)
  • Carry out monthly pricing and margin checks in all accounts
  • Maintain customer Order Forms with consistency and accuracy
  • Ad hoc reporting/projects requirements as dictated by customers and NAMs
  • Curate sales opportunities, utilizing sales and stock data to deliver packages for customers to drive sales

What You'll Have

  • Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data
  • The ability to interpret data and provide insights that highlight potential opportunities for growth
  • A wide business, brand, and market knowledge, with a passion for Revolution
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Youโ€™ll be proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improve
  • Similar experience within the cosmetics industry is desirable
