Role: National Account Executive – Wholesale and Convenience

Location

HARIBO Castleford, Head Office (ideally 1 day per week in the office)

Working hours

38 hours per week

Salary

Competitive; plus a company car and up to a 15% Sales bonus

We are on the hunt for a National Account Executive to come and join the sweet life of HARIBO!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sugary seat within our Wholesale channel, led by our Wholesale Channel Controller whilst also engaging with a whole host of key stakeholders including the wider Sales team, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Forecasting, Marketing as well as external customers.

Within this role you will act as that much needed dedicated point of contact and hands on support, with a key focus on daily customer issues and requirements.

This could be your opportunity to make a sugary wave within the industry as you take the lead managing part of a National Account or a group of Key Accounts. There could even be the opportunity to explore and develop new business opportunities… how exciting does that sound!

This is a fantastic opportunity to add a sugar rush to your career…

  • Liaising with customer Supply Chain to ensure full promotion compliance, pricing and timing
  • Getting involved in customer specific NPD, seasonal and themed event meetings to ensure full knowledge and customer follow up
  • Keeping customer promotion plans up to date as well as internal departments
  • Producing customer presentations
  • Monitoring promotion, NPD, seasonal and themed performance using customer EPOS data
  • Carrying out monthly off-site retail price monitors and checking promotion compliance and customer specific projects i.e. sampling
  • Completing customer administration as required including; new line forms, promotion plans/ nominations and promotion forecasts etc
  • Maintaining product listing, customer pricing and RSPs

To enable sugary success, we are looking for someone who is super self-motivated…this is your opportunity to let your initiative and imagination run wild.

Organisation is also key within this role, are you a perfectionist with a key eye for detail? We are also looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills. Are you able to build relationships with ease with a variety of stakeholders across an organisation?

Time management and project management skills are also a must, we are looking for someone who is a natural when it comes to managing multiple projects. Last but by no means least, possessing top tier numerical ability is key. If you’re a natural number cruncher we would love to hear from you!
