About The Job

As our retailer business continues to grow, we are expanding our team to include a National Account Executive.

This role is responsible for supporting and assisting our growing National Accounts team in the management of the Sculpted by Aimee business across UK & Ireland accounts. The successful candidate will help drive the business in-store and online while also liaising with retailers to deliver financial results, maintain a strong brand position within the markets, and continue the brand’s dynamic growth.

Accountabilities Include

  • Support with weekly sales reports, combining EPOS data, retail context, category trends, and store-level performance to identify clear commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize net sales performance through proactive stock on hand, allocation, and assortment management in close partnership with the Supply Chain team.
  • Establish yourself as the commercial team’s go-to contact for stock, allocation, and retailer operational queries, coordinating with Supply Chain and other functions to drive timely resolution.
  • Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis in response to business needs, translating data into actionable recommendations for the NAM team and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the NAM team to support in delivering successful new product launches, completing operational forms and submissions on time, and supporting stock sell-in against agreed targets.
  • Monitor NPD launch performance, taking ownership of sell-through tracking, presenting back results, and making recommendations for future launches.
  • Support with NPD forecasting and commercial planning.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure our retailers receive the required support and share all relevant marketing & social assets with the retailers.
  • Support on all marketing activations and events with retail partners.
  • Work closely with the VM team to regularly update assortment line lists and planograms.
  • Weekly promotional tracking across the full retailer landscape, working closely with internal trade teams to share insights and drive business decisions.
  • Track what’s happening in the beauty market, keeping ahead of competitor launches, trends, and emerging brands.
  • Manage purchase orders, samples, and relevant account administration.

Experience Needed

  • 2+ years of experience in a Coordinator or a similar National Account Executive role.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
  • Confident communicating with both internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, and marketing businesses.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially curious with a genuine desire to understand what drives sales and performance.
  • Effectively navigate and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficient at adjusting to changing priorities and challenges as needed in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Effective at working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, with expertise in using pivot tables for data analyses and reporting.
  • A positive, collaborative team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
