The Opportunity
We’ve partnered with a rapidly scaling personal care brand to find their next National Account Executive / Sales Support Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven, highly organised individual to make an impact in their wholesale business working across sales, ops, finance, and retail.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Administration
- Process wholesale orders from entry to fulfilment
- Maintain PO tracker and order records
- Create invoices and dispatch documentation
Customer & Retailer Support
- Provide day-to-day support to wholesale partners
- Resolve queries on products, pricing, orders, and delivery
- Ensure clear, professional communication at all times

Inventory & Availability
- Monitor stock levels and retailer availability
- Track sales trends and order run rates
- Recommend replenishment and manage stock reports
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Compile sell-in and sell-out reports
- Analyse data using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots)
- Maintain sales trackers and customer data
- Support forecasting and performance analysis
Account Management Support
- Assist with product listings, pricing, and launches
- Manage product copy, imagery, and retailer formats
- Ensure accuracy of data across all platforms
Logistics Coordination
- Support UK and international order deliveries
- Liaise with logistics and distribution partners
