Do you have a passion for adventure and fuelling the right way? Want to join a high-growth scale-up shaking up FMCG? It’s time to join the TRIBE (wearetribe.co). The role is perfect for someone beginning or early in their FMCG sales career, looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Who Are We?

TRIBE is the UK’s most innovative natural energy brand. Inspired by a 1,000-mile run to fight modern slavery, our bars and shakes are listed across UK Grocery (including in Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, Asda, Ocado, Wholefoods and more), alongside a thriving Out of Home channel (offices, gyms, independents), and DTC business. We're a certified BCorp and our community events have raised £2.5M+ for our charity, TRIBE Freedom Foundation.

What You’ll Be Doing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
