About the Role

This entry-level sales account executive role will be supporting the Grocery Sales team and offering opportunities to grow and develop as a commercial account manager. The role involves getting involved in various sales projects with real business impact. The role is analytical by nature to support account managers with sales tracking, promotional reviews, and sponsoring eCom plans. They will support the execution of the joint business plan and work cross-functionally with shopper, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting on Grocery Retail working with the Senior National Account Managers and the Grocery Director
  • Management of the overall pricing and promotion mechanics of the account base
  • Works on highly strategic Grocery & eCom accounts and will be responsible for supporting the execution of the JBP
  • Works cross-functionally with Shopper, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful day-to-day management of the account
  • Will be responsible for driving growth through landing successful NPD launches and promotions

Position Criteria

We're looking for a future sales star: someone who is super curious and open-minded, wants to learn, and embraces new experiences. Your work will contribute to growing our business in the UK and you'll have a chance to grow as a sales executive.

  • Will have 1+ year of experience operating as a Sales Exec/Rep or in a commercial role (preferably within Retail or FMCG)
  • Or Graduate/Apprentice in Commerce/Business
  • Curious in nature and hungry to drive results
  • Driven by values and creating value for customers and consumers
