About Us

At Safetykleen, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental advisory services that help customers reduce their environmental footprint and boost operational performance.

With operations in 15 countries and over 1 million services delivered each year, you’ll be joining a stable, growing business with a fast-paced, high-impact and agile environment, where sustainability and long-term customer partnerships are at the heart of what we do.

About The Role

Our Regional Account Managers are instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping our customers realise the full benefits of Safetykleen’s products and services.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, multi-site National Key Accounts across. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, improving customer productivity and supporting their sustainability goals, while ensuring they always receive a high standard of service and proactive strategic account management.

This is a national field-based role with travel aligned to customer needs, so you’ll need flexibility for mid-week overnight stays.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning multi-site strategic accounts - managing high-value, multi-location customers so their needs are anticipated, service is consistent across sites, retention is strong and partnerships are long term.
  • Growing revenue and value - building and executing account strategies that grow profitable revenue, drive upsell and cross-sell, and position Safetykleen as the partner of choice.
  • Building senior stakeholder relationships - developing trusted relationships with director-level and senior decision-makers, presenting tailored, value-led solutions and securing long-term contracts and extensions.
  • Leading tenders, frameworks and the sales cycle - partnering with internal teams to shape commercially sound framework agreements and taking full ownership of the sales process for your accounts.
  • Owning results - consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales targets, using account performance data and insight to refine your approach and unlock new growth opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
