A leading international FMCG business is looking for an ambitious National Account Manager (Grocery Retail) to join its commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a major grocery customer account while working within a collaborative, high-performing commercial function.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a key retail customer portfolio
  • Delivering sales, profit and volume growth
  • Developing Joint Business Plans
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Managing forecasting and promotional plans
  • Identifying commercial growth opportunities
  • Working closely with Category, Marketing, Innovation and Supply Chain teams
  • Supporting successful product launches

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • FMCG commercial or account management experience
  • Experience working with UK grocery retailers
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent forecasting and analytical capability
  • Great relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset

This role would suit an experienced National Account Executive ready to step into a Commercial Manager position, or an existing NAM looking for a new challenge.
