About the Role

We're delighted to be working with a well-established FMCG business to recruit a National Account Manager in the Grocery channel.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with ambitious plans and a strong portfolio of products within the food sector. The business is continuing to invest in its brands and has clear plans for further growth across the UK Grocery channel.

The role will manage key Grocery accounts, with responsibility for developing customer relationships, driving growth, and delivering against commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key Grocery customer accounts
  • Build customer plans focused on distribution, visibility, ROS, and profitable growth
  • Support JBPs, range reviews, promotional planning, and forecasting
  • Work with buyers to unlock growth opportunities and key activation moments
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities to improve

  • Take ownership of account plans and deliver against agreed commercial objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
