Marvel FMCG Job Opportunity

Marvel FMCG is proud to be partnered with one of the most widely recognised craft beer brands in the industry, the brewery that kick-started a revolution in UK beer and hasn't slowed down since. They are now looking for a National Account Manager to own their HORECA account base.

The Role

HORECA venues, experiential spaces, on-trade operators all want something different, and the deal isn't done until the strategy, the pricing and the plan all land together. You'll own that.

Account planning, price negotiation, marketing activation, forecasting, all of it sits with you, backed by a commercial team that knows the category inside out. And every person in the business gets to shape it, for people, for the planet and for the beer.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Owning and growing a national account base across HORECA and experiential venues
  • Leading account planning, working across commercial, category, marketing and supply chain to land brand and commercial plans
  • Owning pricing and promotion negotiations to optimise revenue and profit
  • Using sales and category data to call the shots
  • Hunting down new business and new opportunities to deliver channel targets
  • Building the brand's category influence with every account

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
