We're hiring on behalf of one of the biggest food manufacturers on the planet.
Brands you've eaten. Brands your kids have eaten. Brands sitting in millions of trolleys every single week and in dozens of countries. The kind of business that turns up in every aisle and never seems to leave.
If you already know your way around the Tesco machine — the buying rhythms, the range reviews, the "can you just knock 5p off" conversations — this one's for you. Six months. Home based. Straight in and managing Tesco Ireland.
Why should you care?
Because this is a proper account with a proper business behind it. Global scale, serious brand power and the kind of resources most manufacturers can only dream about pointed at the biggest grocer in Ireland. You'll own a Tesco relationship that genuinely matters, with the freedom to run it your way and a business with real firepower backing you up. Six months to make a dent, prove your worth and leave the account in better shape than you found it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll actually be doing
Running the day-to-day with your Tesco Ireland buyer like you've done it a hundred times. Building the joint business plan and then, more importantly, delivering it. Sorting forecasts, promotions, range and availability without it turning into a fire drill every week. Spotting the growth others miss and going after it. Keeping the internal teams — supply, marketing, finance — pointing the same direction. Turning up to reviews prepared, sharp, and hard to say no to.
Who we're after
Someone who's managed Tesco in FMCG before and isn't fazed by it. You know how they work, you know what good looks like and you can hit the ground running from day one because in a six-month contract, there isn't a day two to waste. You're organised without being precious about it, commercially sharp, and the kind of person a buyer actually wants to pick up the phone to.
