I am excited to be partnered with Mark Anthony brands and White Claw, the hard seltzer that redefined a category and hasn't slowed down since. They're now looking for a National Account Manager to own their On Trade account base across the North of England.
The Role
Take control of National groups, MRGs, independent free trade, universities — every venue in the North wants White Claw behind the bar, and getting it there takes more than a good pitch.
You'll own that.
JBPs, trading terms, activation plans, forecasting — all of it sits with you, reporting into the Sales Director - On Premise and backed by a commercial team that knows the on trade inside out.
And every listing you land, every JBP you build, adds to White Claw's momentum across the region.
Ways of Working
Home based, ideally in or around Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool.
What you'll actually be doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of 5+ national accounts, 35+ multiple retail groups (MRGs), 600+ independent free trade accounts, c.100 universities and 5 regional route-to-market partners
- Securing new White Claw listings across the North, with a focus on late-night venues, competitive socialising, NUS and high street groups
- Building and executing JBPs with contracted customers to drive sales, visibility and activation in outlet
- Negotiating trading terms and improving ROI, owning forecasting, A&P and invoice control across your base
- Acting as a brand ambassador for White Claw and training buyers and staff to build brand knowledge
- Planning and launching NPD in target outlets, in line with the country plan
- Reporting weekly and monthly, and feeding customer insight back into the wider business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
