💥 National Account Manager 💥

🚀 High-Growth Food Brand

📍London, Hybrid 3 days in London Office

💸 Salary up to £55k + shares

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most exciting Food Challenger brands. The business has enjoyed phenomenal growth over the past 12-18 months and is now entering its next phase of scale. They have 150% YoY Growth across D2C and are at the very early stages of their exciting Grocery journey.

They have already secured some major listings with Ocado, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, with more coming soon. As their first dedicated Grocery hire, this isn't a role where you'll inherit someone else's strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and making things happen in a fast-moving environment.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • ⭐️ 2-4 years in FMCG sales or account management, ideally in food and drink
  • ⭐️ Experience managing at least one major UK grocer (Foodservice experience in a bonus!)
  • ⭐️ Background in a challenger or small brand - you know how to make things happen without a big team behind you
  • ⭐️ Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with P&L ownership, promotional mechanics and understanding the numbers behind the account
  • ⭐️ Comfortable building something from scratch, especially in foodservice where there's no playbook yet
  • ⭐️ Strong communicator who can hold their own in a buyer meeting
  • ⭐️ Self-directed, commercially curious, and happy being close to the detail

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
