Help Build the Next Chapter of an Iconic Sports Nutrition Brand

Some National Account Manager roles are about maintaining business.

This isn't one of them.

Maxi Nutrition is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Following significant success across digital and eCommerce, we're investing behind the brand to accelerate growth across Grocery, Convenience, Wholesale, Specialist Retail, and emerging channels.

Backed by one of Europe's largest privately owned food manufacturers, Krüger Group, Maxi Nutrition combines the pace of a challenger brand with the investment, stability, and ambition of a global business.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves selling.

Someone who enjoys opening doors, winning new listings, building customer relationships, and creating commercial momentum. If you're looking for another account management role... This probably isn't it.

If you're looking to help grow one of the UK's most recognized sports nutrition brands, then please keep reading.

About Maxi Nutrition

For over 25 years, Maxi Nutrition has helped millions of consumers achieve their health and fitness goals through trusted, high-quality sports nutrition. Today the brand is entering a new era.

Having successfully grown its digital presence and direct-to-consumer channels, the focus is now on expanding distribution and accelerating growth across physical retail and new commercial channels.

This creates a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact. You'll join at a time when decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed, and commercial success is recognized.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio spanning Grocery, Convenience, Wholesale, High Street, and Specialist Retail.

Whilst you'll inherit existing customers, this role is equally about creating new opportunities. You'll identify new routes to market, win listings, strengthen customer partnerships, and help shape the future commercial direction of the Maxi Nutrition brand. This is a role for someone who enjoys building business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
