Newco Europe UK Ltd is a non-food specialist for the petrol industry, providing comprehensive solutions to forecourt retailers since 2004. Originating in the Benelux region, the company now services the UK forecourt market through a unique, category-focused approach.
Newco Europe UK distributes complete non-food solutions and offers full category management support, including store checks and planograms, to more than 2,500 petrol stations. The company supplies goods across the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Denmark, and the UK. With access to over 3,000 products - from car care and air fresheners to connectivity, accessories & lubricants, Newco Europe delivers tailored non-food assortments for its customers.
Role Description
The National Account Manager role at Newco Europe UK Ltd is a full-time position based from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing key national petrol and forecourt accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing account plans
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Overseeing pricing and promotions
- Monitoring sales performance against targets
The National Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as category management, supply chain, and marketing to implement tailored non-food solutions for customers. The role also involves regular customer visits, market analysis, forecasting, and reporting on account activity to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Track record in national or key account management, preferably within FMCG, retail, or forecourt-related sectors.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage pricing, margins, and promotional activity.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Comfort with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, including managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and Power Bi based Software.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites nationally.
- Relevant education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of non-food categories for petrol forecourts and an understanding of category management principles is an advantage.
