Job Title
A well-established British vegan and cruelty-free colour cosmetic company are seeking a commercially astute and dynamic National Account Manager to develop profitable sales growth by developing and sustaining effective relationships with key retail accounts.
Benefits
- Up to £55,000 basic salary per annum
- Working hours: 8am to 4pm
- Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (UB8)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successfully strategic joint business account plans with customers
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts via meetings
- Present and promote the portfolio ensuring satisfaction, and continuous business growth
- Utilise data and insight to develop and present compelling presentations
- Create effective ranges and promotions, both on and off-line
- Track sales activities, manage customer information, and report to senior management
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop and manage annual strategic sales activity plans to achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with internal teams to align business strategies, improve customer experience, and drive overall success
- Work with 3rd Parties to ensure that the brand is executed powerfully to consumers via impactful, effective displays and merchandising
- Carry out regular store visits to monitor brand sales and competitor initiatives
- Generate accurate sales forecasts, track sales data, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Beauty industry experience in a sales or account management role
- Track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Full understanding of product trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution & presentation skills
- Proven Teamworking and Networking skills
