About the Role
To lead key relationships between the brand and nominated National Account Groups to build and drive short- and long-term strategy and execution. To achieve and surpass agreed wholesale and retail targets with assigned National Account groups through effective communication and implementation of strategic plans.
Joint Business Planning & Wholesale Strategy
- Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with assigned retail partners, unlocking growth in sales and share while maximizing ROI.
- Drive retail sales and wholesale sell-in through tailored commercial proposals.
- Identify and activate opportunities to elevate in-store impact and amplify Orveon Global’s presence.
- KPIs: JBPs signed and delivered; retail and wholesale forecasts achieved.
National Accounts Strategy
- To develop and deliver annual business plans to ensure the brands’ retail, wholesale, and market share targets are met with nominated National Account Groups. Track and adapt plans as required to ensure goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement activities tailored to each allocated National Account Group as needed and directed to maximize business potential.
- To work closely with Marketing & E-retail team to support with appropriate activity, events, and exclusives where applicable.
Stock Management
- To work with the retailer to ensure the optimum assortment and stock cover is in place to maximize sales. Maintain retailer-specific assortment files and order forms are up to date and communicated in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth running of the stock replenishment processes and liaise with Operations team members accordingly.
- To successfully sell-in NPD and Marketing initiatives to each of the allocated National Account supporting by effective launch plans.
- Assist with new launch forecasting for allocated National Account Groups.

Communication
- To provide effective communication and strong working relationships with each allocated National Account Group management team.
- To ensure effective communication and coordinated activity between brand management and field sales team.
- To work collaboratively with the Field Team to maximize opportunities with the specific National Account Groups. Conduct regular field visits.
- Be fully responsive to any urgent retailer needs.
Other
- To work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure all retailer-specific merchandising needs are met to deadline.
- To actively seek space and location improvements within the allocated National Account Groups and liaise with Senior Commercial Team to feed back any local opportunities. To report back immediately on any changes at the local level that impede visibility and access to the counter.
- Ensure regular visits to key stores within allocated National Account Groups with field sales team or on own.
- To monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance within the allocated National Account Groups.
- To implement and complete projects as requested by the General Manager/Commercial Director.
Qualifications
- Strong experience at National Account Manager level.
- Commercially aware & ability to drive business performance.
- Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of managing wholesale sales within the National Account sector.
- Able to manage time effectively and plan in contingencies to ensure targets are met.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable for delivery to a range of audiences.
- Team player, ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
- Proficient at Excel.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
- A full UK driving license.
- Experience of a 3-axe brand in premium beauty is ideal.
- Experience of working in a multi-national, matrixed environment is ideal.
- Experience of supporting multiple brands is ideal.
