Are you an ambitious National Account Executive or National Account Manager looking for your next career move within a successful consumer brand?
Tweezerman UK is looking for a commercially focused and relationship-driven National Account Manager to join our Sales team, managing and developing a portfolio of high-profile retail accounts across grocery, high street and online beauty.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the beauty sector and wants to take the next step in their sales career, with responsibility for developing key customer relationships, creating account growth plans and identifying new commercial opportunities.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of several key national accounts, working closely with customers and internal Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales, profitability and long-term growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with key national retail accounts
- Creating annual account and trade plans to deliver sales and profitability targets
- Setting, monitoring and reporting against account sales targets
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales within existing customers
- Identifying and developing prospective strategic accounts
- Building strong relationships with buyers and other key customer contacts
- Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered
- Negotiating commercial agreements and supporting customer negotiations
- Analysing sales performance, trends and account data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing on product launches, promotions and customer strategies
- Ensuring consistent brand representation across customer accounts
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Keeping up to date with market, competitor and customer developments
- Travelling to customer meetings as required

About you
We're looking for someone who is commercially ambitious, confident with customers and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry. You may already be working as a National Account Manager, or you could be an experienced Account Executive ready to step up and take greater ownership of key accounts.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience within national accounts, buying or a similar commercial role
- Strong sales and customer relationship management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence building relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- The ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into commercial actions
- A proactive, motivated approach with the drive to grow accounts
- Flexibility to travel for customer meetings when required
- A genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics or consumer brands
