🔥 National Account Manager – Morrisons
High-Growth FMCG Manufacturer | UK-Based | Grocery Expansion
£45–52k base + car allowance + bonus
Hybrid: 1–2 days office contact
TalentPool is partnering with an established UK FMCG manufacturer and brand that has undergone significant transformation and is now accelerating its presence across the grocery channel. This is a business with real momentum - strong brand equity, ambitious growth plans, and a leadership team investing heavily in new routes to market and commercial capability.
This role will suit a NAM/JNAM ready for a step up, or an established NAM seeking a new challenge with greater ownership, visibility, and progression.

What You’ll Own
- Full responsibility for Morrisons - driving growth, visibility, and flawless execution
- Delivery of JBPs, annual plans, and customer-specific strategy
- Ownership of P&L management, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Leading promotional planning, range reviews, and pricing discussions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and NPD
- Using insight and data to identify opportunities and shape customer strategy

What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or supporting Top 4 grocery customers
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to P&L and JBP
- A proactive, relationship-led operator who enjoys pace, autonomy, and growth
- Someone ambitious, curious, and ready to step into a role with real ownership
