Ever watched a brand go from "what's that?" to "everyone's talking about it"? Here's your shot at being the reason why.
We're working with a global snacking brand that's become a genuine phenomenon, the kind of name that sells out, trends online and builds a cult following before it's even properly landed here. It's now scaling up in the UK, backed by one of the biggest food businesses on the planet.
We can't name it yet. We can tell you it's a brand people already love, on a growth journey most people in this industry only dream about.
Why should you care?
Because roles like this don't come round often. You'd be joining near the start of a UK growth story with real money, real backing and real ambition behind it. Get this right and your career grows exactly as fast as the brand does and there's a genuine route to work internationally further down the line. This isn't a cog-in-a-machine job. It's a build-something job.
What you'll actually be doing
- Owning retailer relationships and being the brand's champion in every room you're in
- Building the Joint Business Plans that turn big ambition into listings, launches and sales
- Running the full P&L — volume, value, margin, the lot
- Planning promotions and making sure the brand is on shelf and available whenever shoppers come looking
- Teaming up with Trade Marketing so retail media and activation actually land
- Keeping forecasts honest and stakeholders — here and globally — in the loop
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
