What This Role Is

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nutriburst, one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the UK and a leading player in the vitamin gummies category. Reporting to the Directors, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth across key UK grocery accounts and international distributor markets.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a growing business environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is passionate about building brands and driving results.

What Your Responsibilities Are

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage and grow major UK grocery, high street, and discount retail accounts, including Tesco, Boots and other key customers.
  • Own account P&Ls and deliver profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Identify new distribution opportunities, promotional activity, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive revenue, market share, and profitability across assigned accounts.

National / International Distributor Management

  • Build and manage relationships with national and international distributors and partners.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners in priority markets.
  • Set commercial objectives, sales targets, and KPIs.
  • Support partners with product launches, training, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure brand consistency.

Commercial Leadership

  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional planning.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to customers and distributors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Help ensure excellent execution across all customer touchpoints.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 8-10 years of National Account Management experience managing large retail accounts within FMCG.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the Health & Wellness, Vitamins, Supplements, or Gummies category.
  • Proven track record managing major UK grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Morrisons, Asda, Boots, or similar.
  • Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Exposure to international distributor management is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
