About the Role

Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing key customer relationships?

We're looking for a commercially driven professional to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of Strategic and National Key. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile customers, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a national customer base.

What You'll Be Doing

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase market share and revenue within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and growing Strategic and National Key Accounts.
  • Increasing share of wallet through account development, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
  • Leading the onboarding and implementation of newly won national accounts.
  • Developing and delivering customer account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conducting regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Internal Sales, Field Sales, and Service Teams to ensure consistent delivery across customer sites.
  • Managing both direct and indirect routes to market.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through effective sales and service strategies.
  • Supporting the adoption of remote sales and service tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Essential

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in National Account Management.
  • Experience negotiating and renegotiating national contracts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused approach.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Cleaning, Hygiene, Facilities Management, or related service industry.
  • Exposure to BSC, Lodging, Healthcare, Contract Catering, or Food Service sectors.
