National Account Manager – Luxury Beauty
London - Hybrid
This is not your typical beauty management role.
We’re partnering with one of the world’s most exciting premium beauty and skincare brands to find a commercially driven, people-focused National Account Manager to lead three important retail channels.
It’s a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio spanning luxury department store, airport retail and premium outlet, with the autonomy to drive performance, develop exceptional teams and create a consistently outstanding customer experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the commercial force behind the business across your locations — understanding what makes each channel tick and turning that insight into results.
You’ll lead from the front, spending time with your teams, coaching managers and consultants, identifying opportunities and ensuring every location delivers against its potential.
Your remit will include:
- Driving sales, productivity and commercial performance across all three channels
- Leading, motivating and developing high-performing beauty retail teams
- Building strong relationships with key retail and travel retail partners
- Creating clear action plans around KPIs, conversion, average transaction value and customer recruitment
- Ensuring exceptional standards of service, consultation and brand experience
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and maximise every trading moment
- Supporting successful launches, events and retail activations
- Using data and insight to understand performance — and acting quickly when opportunities emerge
- Creating a culture where talented people are challenged, developed and genuinely want to stay

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

- Loves the customer. You understand that in luxury beauty, exceptional service isn't an extra. It's the business.
