About Amber Beverage UK

Amber Beverage UK is a leading UK route to market and brand building partner for premium and super-premium drinks brands across grocery, wholesale, convenience, specialist retail, e-commerce, and on trade.

We combine national sales coverage with brand activation, marketing support, and commercial execution to help brands grow in the UK market.

We put the consumer at the heart of everything we do, combining insight-led brand building with strong customer partnerships and commercial execution across every channel.

We bring together entrepreneurial thinking, commercial execution, and a genuine passion for brands, customers, and people development, giving our people the opportunity to grow, contribute ideas, and build long-term careers within the business.

Our portfolio combines established international brands with ambitious incubator brands across premium and super-premium spirits, wine, non-alcoholic, and functional drinks.

Key brands include Stoli, elit Vodka, Fortaleza, El Tequileño, Flor de Caña, Lind & Lime Gin, Portobello Road Gin, ODK, Three Spirit, Faustino, and many more.

Our Specialist Retail Channel

Specialist Retail is one of Amber Beverage UK's most important strategic growth channels.

Our customers influence trends, shape consumer purchasing decisions, and set the benchmark for premium wines and spirits in the UK. They are often the first to champion new brands, making them critical partners in building long-term brand equity.

As Amber Beverage UK continues to invest in premium and super-premium brands, we are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to lead the development of this channel and accelerate our growth with the UK's most influential specialist retailers.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full commercial responsibility for Amber Beverage UK's Specialist Retail channel.

Based in London and working from our Covent Garden head office, you will manage many of the UK's most influential premium retail customers while developing new business opportunities across the UK. London sits at the centre of the UK's premium drinks market, making regular customer engagement, store visits, and relationship building a fundamental part of the role.

You will own a portfolio of high-profile national customers while identifying and winning new business across the UK's premium retail market.

Success in this role will come from building trusted customer partnerships, creating compelling commercial plans, and delivering profitable growth across Amber Beverage UK's premium portfolio.

Working closely with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Brand Advocacy teams, you will help bring brands to life through launches, activations, education, and premium execution.

This is an entrepreneurial role suited to someone who enjoys building brands, identifying opportunities, and influencing customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
