Bromley sales team

Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland. The business is complex and ambitious with a milk supply pool of 2 billion litres of milk, drawn from over 3,200 family farms across 16 counties.

Applications are invited for the above position within our Foodservice Sales team.

The opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Account Manager to lead the growth and development of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel. Working with a portfolio of major customers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, profitable growth through strategic account management, customer partnership and commercial excellence.

Combining strong pipeline management with insight-led propositions and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will build and execute joint business plans that create long-term value for both our customers and the business. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will strengthen key relationships, identify new growth opportunities and position us as a trusted partner of choice within the QSR sector.

What success will look like:

  • Manage and grow key QSR accounts, delivering revenue, volume, margin and profitability targets in line with business objectives.
  • Build strong strategic relationships with QSR customers, becoming a trusted partner and primary commercial contact.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that support both customer growth strategies and company objectives.
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across existing and emerging QSR customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, promotional activity and annual customer agreements.
  • Partner with customers to identify menu, product and category opportunities, driving growth through innovative dairy solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring QSR requirements are effectively translated into operational and commercial plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery performance.
  • Monitor market, consumer and QSR industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, account performance reporting and pipeline management while ensuring compliance with company governance, food safety and quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
