The Role
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
To increase Landbay’s direct distribution and overall market share within the networks and clubs
Reports into Sales & Distribution Director
- Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with key contacts at relevant clubs and networks acting as an ambassador for Landbay
- Conduct quarterly account reviews, to implement and evolve National Account business plans
- Project management, working closely with compliance, product and data where necessary
- Develop business plans for accounts, focusing upon increasing market share and visibility of Landbay within networks and clubs
- Work with the Marketing and the Internal Sales teams to organise targeted broker campaigns to increase broker awareness and drive registrations and event planning
- Feedback Information from networks and clubs to enable Landbay to improve MI, products and processes
- Use Looker, Monday, and HubSpot to identify trends, plan strategies, and organize campaigns
- Attend relevant trade shows to represent the organisation along-side members of the BDM team where required
- Attend industry awards and networking events nationally
- Management of broker data within the internal broker database, ensuring that firms who have had authorization changes are checked for correct payment routes or removed
- Assist with developing Landbay’s proposition by recommending improvements to processes & products
- Creating PowerPoint presentations to drive the company messaging externally

Profile
- Be an exceptional communicator – you will be a ‘face of Landbay’ within the mortgage intermediary market
- Not afraid to try things or to fail; an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment
- Be confident working both in a team and individually
- Be comfortable in prioritising your own workload
- Excellent relationship building capabilities
- Attention to detail, even when working with minimum supervision
- Excellent understanding of the buy-to-let industry
- Good understanding of distribution within the mortgage industry
- Believe that technology can change finance for the better

Essential Skills
- Must have sales experience in financial services
- Knowledge of the intermediary mortgage market
- Excel & PowerPoint

- Driving license

- Existing relationships and experience of working with networks and clubs preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and ambitious, a strong relationship and target driven sales
- Excellent written communication and organisational skills
- Experience of creating and implementing business plans
Location & Logistics
Position is home based requiring nationwide travel and occasional travel to our office based in Victoria, central London, reporting to the Sales and Distribution Director.
