Who's Holy Moly?

We're one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger brands, delivering delicious avocado products that taste like homemade, made at source in Mexico and Colombia from perfectly ripe (and proudly wonky) avocados, with no additives and no nasties. We're B Corp certified, stocked by major retailers nationwide, and we're just getting started. We're looking for a National Account Manager to own a multi million £ portfolio across grocery, convenience and wholesale, reporting into our Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

Commercial delivery

  • Deliver revenue growth, volume commitments and profit targets across our customer base
  • Build and execute annual customer plans for our accounts
  • Negotiate and deliver joint business plans and cost price increases with our customers
  • Win new business and expand distribution across grocery, convenience and wholesale

Customer partnership

  • Develop joint business plans that deliver profitable growth for both Holy Moly and our customer
  • Proactively manage a customer contact strategy that builds rapport and drives growth
  • Hold timely meetings with key contacts to keep the overall business plan developing
  • Achieve Holy Moly's goals with customers, using insight and storytelling to land initiatives

Insight & planning

  • Ensure accurate forecasts of base volume, promo volume, revenue and profit
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly performance, then recommend changes to the business
  • Evaluate activity within accounts (promotions, trade investment) + apply learnings to future plans
  • Become an expert in category and consumer insight for Holy Moly and the customer

Working with the wider business

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Finance to deliver business objectives
  • Own right-first-time administration: new line, promotional forms and JBP scorecard data input
  • Be a brand advocate to your customers, the trade and within Holy Moly

Requirements

  • Experience as a NAE or NAM in FMCG
  • Experience in selling, negotiation and building long-term customer partnerships
  • A proven track record of achieving results across different customer types and timelines
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage a P&L
  • Confident handling, evaluating and using sales data and category insight to identify trends
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail with a right-first-time approach to admin
  • High learning agility, willingness to pick up new skills and desire to develop
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • A team player with the desire to deliver results as a cross-functional team
