About Us

The Gut Stuff exists because gut health should be for everyone, not just the wellness-obsessed, not just those who can afford it, but everyone. We've spent years dismantling the confusion, killing the stigma, and making gut health genuinely accessible: from a TV show watched by over 6 million people to products now everywhere from Tesco to TikTok.

Having recently joined the Hero portfolio, we're at an inflection point, scaling fast, backed by serious support, and building the team that'll take us to the next level.

About Hero

Hero is a global food company, founded in 1886 in Switzerland, specialising in branded nutritional products across the Growing Up and Adult categories. With a portfolio of trusted brands like Organix, Deliciously Ella, Goodies, Corny, Semper, and Beech-Nut, Hero delivers high-quality, great-tasting food rooted in natural goodness. With 4,000 team members worldwide, the company is driven by strong values, high performance, and a commitment to doing the right thing - always, without compromise.

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially hungry ;) National Account Manager to join our growing sales team and help us get The Gut Stuff into more baskets, more retailers and more hands. It’s a proper mix of growing what we’ve got and going after what we haven’t.

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts (Boots and Ocado), while playing a big role in opening new doors and winning new business. And there’s plenty to go after. With a gutsy, bold NPD pipeline stretching across multiple categories, the opportunity is huge. New retailers, new categories, more distribution and a whole lot of growth.

We’re looking for someone who loves the rigour of great account management but gets just as excited by the chase: spotting opportunities, building relationships and turning conversations into listings. If you want to “gut” stuck in and make a real mark on the next phase of The Gut Stuff’s growth, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
