I am working on a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading energy drink brand as a National Account Manager responsible for leading the commercial relationship with Asda and Marks & Spencer on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

Contract: 14 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Hybrid – Field & Home Based with regular travel across the UK and to Red Bull HQ in Covent Garden.

Salary: Up to 65K + Up to 25% Bonus + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits.

The Role…

You'll take full ownership of the commercial relationship with Asda and Marks & Spencer, developing and delivering Joint Business Plans that drive profitable growth across both stores and online.

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll negotiate commercial agreements, manage promotional strategies, forecast performance, and identify opportunities to grow distribution, sales, and category performance.
  • Become the expert on your customers, understanding their priorities, shopper behaviour, and commercial objectives whilst using data and insight to influence decisions and unlock new opportunities.
  • Alongside managing two key national accounts, you'll lead and develop a team of National Account Executives, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding results whilst creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives on building relationships, and wants to make a genuine commercial impact.
