National Account Manager – Digital
Prestige Beauty | Hybrid - Central London
We’re partnering with an ambitious global prestige beauty business with a portfolio of highly recognised and much-loved brands to appoint a National Account Manager.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth and take ownership of some of its most important digital retail partnerships.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine passion for digital commerce — someone who understands how consumers discover, engage with and purchase beauty online and can translate that understanding into exceptional commercial results.
The opportunity
As National Account Manager – Digital, you’ll own and develop key digital retail relationships, such as THG and Cult Beauty delivering ambitious growth across a portfolio of premium beauty brands.
You’ll create and execute strategic joint business plans, identify new commercial opportunities and ensure the brands are winning in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. This is far more than traditional account management.
You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, digital, brand, consumer and data, using insight to understand what’s driving performance and where the next growth opportunity lies. From trading and forecasting through to launches, digital activation and online visibility, you’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
