Kinetico UK - National Account Manager

Kinetico UK is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager to lead the development and growth of our independent dealer network across the UK.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role will be responsible for managing strategic dealer relationships, driving sales growth, improving dealer performance, and identifying opportunities to expand Kinetico's market presence through our established and future dealer partners.

Although the territory is UK-wide, candidates must be based in Southern England.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Kinetico's independent dealer network.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with dealer owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and agree growth plans.
  • Ensure dealers are fully aligned with Kinetico's brand standards, customer proposition, and strategic objectives.
  • Support dealer succession planning and long-term business development where appropriate.

Revenue & Profit Growth

  • Deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets across the dealer channel.
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share within existing dealer territories.
  • Develop joint business plans with key dealer partners.
  • Drive increased product penetration and adoption of new product launches.
  • Support dealers in improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Training & Capability Development

  • Deliver commercial, product, and sales training to dealer teams.
  • Share best practices across the network to improve performance consistency.
  • Coach dealers on business planning, lead management, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
  • Work with the Marketing team to support local and national growth initiatives.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor dealer sales performance and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account plans through CRM systems.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations to the Sales Director.
  • Produce regular business updates and strategic account reviews.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of sales and margin targets.
  • Growth in dealer network revenue.
  • Dealer retention and engagement levels.
  • Performance improvement across underperforming territories.
  • Forecast accuracy and CRM compliance.
  • Adoption of new products and programmes within the dealer network.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong track record of growing revenue through independent dealer or distribution networks.
  • Technical understanding & experience of plumbing & heating or water treatment products
  • Ability to influence business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
  • Experience creating and delivering business reviews and growth plans.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the southern half of the UK.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
