About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded National Account Manager to take ownership of one of our most important and fastest-growing retail partnerships in the UK. This is a high-impact role where you will lead one of our largest UKI customer relationships, while also contributing to the development of new business opportunities across the market.

You will be responsible for driving profitable sales, market share and category growth, combining strategic account leadership with strong commercial execution. From developing Joint Business Plans and leading complex negotiations to managing P&L, trade investment, range reviews and customer activation, you will have end-to-end ownership of the account strategy and its performance.

The opportunity goes beyond managing a single customer. With significant ambitions for the UK business, you will play an important role in shaping our retail channel strategy and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will join an autonomous and entrepreneurial Sales team where your experience and ideas will genuinely matter. We are looking for someone who can bring a senior perspective, challenge the status quo and help us build the next phase of our UK growth story.

The impact you’ll make

  • Own and grow a strategically important national retail partnership, developing and executing an account strategy that delivers ambitious sales, market share and profit growth.
  • Build strong, senior-level customer relationships and act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer priorities and identifying opportunities to create mutual value.
  • Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans, translating customer and market insights into clear actions and measurable commercial results.
  • Own the customer P&L, trade investment and promotional budgets, making commercially sound decisions on product mix, pricing and investment to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and range reviews, working closely with Marketing, Category Management and other stakeholders to maximise category and customer performance.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across categories, channels and customer touchpoints, including portfolio expansion, new products and new business opportunities.
  • Drive sell-out through effective promotional strategies, digital visibility, retail media, omni-channel activation and strong execution.
  • Partner with Customer Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Category Management to ensure forecasts, commercial plans and account processes are delivered effectively.
  • Help shape the wider UK retail channel, bringing ideas, experience and best practices to the Sales team while contributing to the development of colleagues and the broader business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
