National Account Manager
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-focused National Account Manager to join our growing commercial team and take ownership of key accounts including Aldi, Lidl, and Co-op. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer partnerships, spotting growth opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with Aldi, Lidl, and Co-op.
- Delivering sales, volume, and profitability targets.
- Leading customer meetings, negotiations, and annual business plans.
- Identifying opportunities for new products and business growth.
- Working closely with NPD, Supply Chain, Technical, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Analysing performance data and market trends to support business decisions.

What you bring with you
- Experience in National Account Management within FMCG.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A commercially minded individual who enjoys driving results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in food manufacturing, confectionery, or private label is desirable but not essential.
