National Account Manager – Off-Trade

Location: Waterloo, London (Mon-Weds in office/2 days in field or WFH)
Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

The Brand

Co-founded by Ellie Goulding in 2020, SERVED has quickly established itself as one of the fastest-growing FMCG brands in the UK. In September 2023, Heineken acquired a significant minority stake, marking a major milestone in the brand’s growth journey.

Our award-winning drinks are crafted for modern lifestyles without compromising on flavour. The range includes ready-to-drink and draught cocktails, made using only the finest natural, sustainably sourced ingredients and premium spirits. SERVED was the 2nd fastest-growing RTD spirit brand in the UK in 2025 and is now stocked in over 35,000 distribution points, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado, Spar, Dhamecha, Parfetts, Premier, Londis, Budgens, Bestway Group and Booker Group.

The UK RTD category has grown 47.5% in the last five years and is now worth over £866m. The premium ready-to-drink cocktail category grew by an astonishing 87% last year, as consumers look to enjoy high-quality cocktails in a convenient and sustainable format, a trend that shows no signs of slowing down. We are led by a team who are passionate about the brand and maintain exceptionally high standards in all aspects of the business. We’re looking for like-minded people who are entrepreneurial, self-starters, hungry and itching to make things happen.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join our commercial team and play a key role in accelerating SERVED's growth across the Off-Trade (Grocery, Convenience Wholesale & E-commerce).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG account management who wants to take ownership of customer relationships, build growth strategies and make a measurable impact within one of the UK’s fastest-growing drinks brands.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Off-Trade and Head of Convenience & Wholesale, you'll play a key role in executing channel strategies, delivering activations, building meaningful relationships with retailers and wholesalers, improving visibility in depot and store environments, and helping drive incremental sales across our customer base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
