Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a National Account Manager to help power our next phase of expansion. Part of a larger group but with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is a rare chance to make a real, visible impact.
The Role
Reporting to our Sales Lead for Wholesale, Convenience & OOH, you'll take full ownership of your account portfolio — driving sales, margin and long-term partnerships. With full P&L responsibility, you'll build robust Joint Business Plans, land NPD with excellence, and manage every lever across the five Ps: product, price, promotion, pack and place.

What you'll do
- Develop, execute and review Joint Business Plans to hit volume, margin and distribution targets
- Build meaningful, forward-thinking relationships with key customers
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing brand strategy
- Negotiate effectively to unlock new opportunities and maximise sales
- Resolve day-to-day account issues with a customer-first mindset
- Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across UK and global teams

What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years' FMCG sales experience
- Track record of delivering significant growth with major national wholesale & convenience customers
- Strong commercial acumen — pricing, profitability and P&L accountability
- Confidence operating in a matrix environment and managing stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical problem-solving and sharp negotiation skills
- Resilience, tenacity and an entrepreneurial mindset
