I’m currently partnering with an ambitious, high-growth FMCG business looking to appoint an experienced National Account Manager to support the continued growth of its Alcoholic Drinks portfolio, with a strong focus on Wine.
This is a commercially focused role with real ownership, responsible for developing and driving sales across Retail Multiples, Grocery and HoReCa.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share and building long-term relationships with key customers across the UK.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the offline sales strategy across Grocery Multiples, Retail and HoReCa
- Managing and growing relationships with national and regional buyers
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across key channels
- Leveraging your existing network to open doors with new customers
- Driving sustainable revenue, profit and market share growth
- Developing long-term, high-value customer partnerships
- Identifying opportunities to increase distribution and grow the Wine portfolio
- Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant commercial ownership

About You
We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager who brings:
- 5+ years’ FMCG sales experience with progressive commercial responsibility
- Strong experience within Wine, Alcoholic Drinks or a closely related FMCG category
- Proven exposure to Retail Multiples, Grocery and/or HoReCa
- An established network of buyers and key decision-makers
- A successful track record of developing accounts and winning new business
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The drive to succeed within an ambitious, high-growth environment
