AD Parts Supplies is an independent supplier supporting anaerobic digestion plants across the UK. Since launching, we have rapidly established ourselves as a trusted partner to site operators through responsive support, technical understanding and a hassle-free approach.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a National Account Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of our existing customers, ensuring they continue to receive the high level of service AD Parts Supplies is known for, while also developing new customer relationships and opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual already working within the anaerobic digestion, biogas or wider renewable energy sector who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of AD Parts Supplies customers across the UK.
You will become a key point of contact for your customers, getting to know their sites and operations, understanding what they need and making sure we continue to provide the level of service they expect.
The role will also involve identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with new customers and helping AD Parts Supplies continue to grow within the industry.

This is a home-based role with regular travel throughout the UK to visit existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with site managers, operators and decision makers
- Regularly visit existing customers across the UK
- Understand customer requirements and proactively identify ways AD Parts Supplies can support them
- Identify and develop new customer relationships and business opportunities
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Work closely with the operations team to source parts, equipment and solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up customer requirements and opportunities
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and ensure they are progressed through to completion
- Keep regular contact with customers and maintain a proactive approach to account management
- Represent AD Parts Supplies at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
Key Attributes
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience within the anaerobic digestion, biogas or related renewable energy industry
- Is proactive and self-motivated
- Enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
- Has a genuine eagerness to get things sorted for customers
- Has strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Has a good technical understanding of anaerobic digestion plant equipment and processes
- Is commercially aware and able to identify opportunities
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is comfortable speaking with customers at all levels
- Is willing to travel across the UK
- Wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a real impact
