About The Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious and entrepreneurial National Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role lies within the UKI business unit, reporting into our ASDA Account Lead as part of our Retail Sales team.

New Ventures is our growth engine – the part of the business where we act more like a startup. We’re a small player in Pasta Sauces with enormous headroom, backed by a genuinely differentiated, clean-label product that speaks to a shopper the category hasn’t properly served yet. You’ll own the New Ventures portfolio at ASDA end to end: build the proposition, pitching new product to the buyer, landing it on shelf with excellent execution, and establish long-term partnerships to set the business up for future success.

What You’ll Do

  • Full P&L ownership of the New Ventures business within ASDA with key delivery of top-line sales, share and profit for your category.
  • Pitch and land new product. Lead sales pitches and negotiations across all new products, concepts and commercial propositions.
  • Create and execute winning customer plans, leading JBPs for your area, and translating strategy into clear priorities, actions and milestones to deliver the defined business objectives.
  • Activate with impact. Drive brilliant execution instore and online (range, availability, distribution, secondary display execution and activation), working closely with supply, category, finance and field teams.
  • Build long-term partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams to unlock business growth.
  • Drive efficiency in forecasting and manage risks/opportunities, using sales data and market insight to provide accurate visibility and decisive actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong sales and negotiation capability. You combine analytical rigour with storytelling to unlock growth and drive sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high personal credibility: you can communicate, present and influence across external customers and internal functions, and translate opportunity into executable plans.
