National Account Manager – Tesco

St Albans – 4 days per week in-office

Competitive salary + bonus + benefits

I’m working with Lotus Bakeries to recruit a National Account Manager for Kiddylicious, focused on Tesco.

Tesco is flying, a very strong relationship and a great opportunity to gain exposure to a well run Tesco account.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a major grocery customer for a well-established kids’ food brand with strong household awareness and a clear position in the category. The role will cover the full Tesco account plan — from forecasting and promotions through to range reviews, customer relationships, P&L and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Tesco account for Kiddylicious
  • Own the customer plan, JBP, promotional activity, forecasting and P&L delivery
  • Build strong relationships across Tesco buying, category and supply chain teams
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver range reviews, NPD and activation
  • Track performance and identify opportunities to grow distribution and ROS
  • Manage trade investment and promotional ROI
  • Ensure plans are delivered on time and aligned to both customer and brand objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
