Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As Part of the Boots Team at Reckitt:
You will work on the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE 10 Company and one of the top 3 TV advertisers in the UK, with results that consistently outperform our competitors. Our brands are Number 1 or Number 2 brands in all their primary markets and we work with key retail players like Tesco, Boots, Asda and Sainsbury's (amongst many others!). You will be able to say that you work for the most successful market innovator in the sector, with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products, and a company recognised for the strength of its commercial capabilities, offering numerous career opportunities.

- Create best in class cross functional relationships to establish commercial agreements that are mutually beneficial for Boots and Reckitt.
- Collaborate with our internal brand and trade marketing teams, the Boots buying team and Boots Media Group to execute a best-in-class 4P’s (product, placement, price & promotion) plan to drive market share for Reckitt and Boots simultaneously.
- As a market leader within healthcare ensure that Reckitt is always influencing and driving the wider healthcare strategy within Boots to help drive a win/win scenario for the long term.
- Consistently manage negotiations with Boots buyers for a better deal for Reckitt whilst helping Boots hit their own internal metrics.
- Have a genuine grip on a forecast to ensure that all commercial decisions are robust and sustainable.
The experience we're looking for
Degree calibre candidate with account management experience gained in FMCG sales. We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to take our business to the next level.
- A strategic thinker, with the confidence and capability to develop and deliver effective account plans.
- Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and driving sustainable growth.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, combined with analytical thinking and creativity.
- Confident and capable of operating at all levels, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence effectively across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales-led, commercially minded and willing to be courageous with ideas. At Reckitt, we are always bold but never reckless.
