MacGregor Black is partnering with a food and snacking manufacturer on the appointment of a National Account Manager – Brands.
You will develop existing customers and open new opportunities for the business’s branded portfolio. This role calls for someone who can create demand, use insight to make a persuasive case and work closely with brand, NPD and manufacturing teams to turn ideas into profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver customer plans for the assigned branded portfolio.
- Win new listings and distribution while developing existing accounts.
- Use consumer, category and customer insight to shape pitches and priorities.
- Plan promotions and activation with a clear view of return and margin.
- Coordinate launches with marketing, NPD, planning and operations.
- Track results and adapt plans quickly where performance differs from expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
- FMCG branded sales experience with clear evidence of account or distribution growth.
- Strong customer relationships and the drive to create new opportunities.
- Confidence with data, commercial modelling and retailer presentations.
- An understanding of how brand plans translate into factory demand and customer service.
- Energy, persistence and a willingness to challenge assumptions with evidence.
