2025 was a truly milestone year. With new innovation launches, including our exciting MyProtein Pot partnership, expanded distribution, and bold ambitions for growth, Kirsty’s is now entering its next phase and we’re looking for outstanding commercial talent to help lead the way.

The Role

As the National Account Manager- Convenience, you will take ownership of strategically important retail customers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will report directly to the Senior NAM, while also working closely with the Sales Director to shape and execute the commercial agenda in supporting with one of our biggest Grocery Customers.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious National Account Executive ready for promotion, an existing Junior National Account Manager seeking greater ownership, or an established National Account Manager looking to join one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Customer Ownership with Growth Accountability- You will have the chance to take full responsibility for key grocery retail accounts. Shape strategic plans, unlock growth, and drive performance.
  • Strategic Customer Development- Build collaborative relationships across buying, supply chain, finance, and marketing. Be a trusted, credible commercial partner.
  • Full P&L Accountability- Own financial delivery at contribution level. Balance promotional strategy, range development, and margin delivery to create long-term value.
  • Lead NPD and Category Solutions- Champion innovation launches and create compelling category stories that align with retail customer needs.
  • Joint Business Planning (JBP)- Lead and negotiate Joint Business Plans that align customer priorities with Kirsty’s growth strategy.
  • Drive Distribution and Range Expansion- Grow distribution across core and new products, ensuring strong mix management and profitable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, supply chain, and category to deliver seamless customer execution.
  • Commercial Influence at Every Level- Confidently engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, demonstrating clarity, agility, and data-led thinking.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for a commercially strong and growth-minded commercial candidate, with the hunger to make a tangible difference.

  • FMCG experience in branded or own-label food and drink
  • Ideally a level of National Account Management experience- open to channel
  • Also, open to retail/buyer side candidates and category candidates who are commercially minded
  • Proven ability to deliver growth and influence customer strategy
  • Positive, resilient, and proactive, someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
  • A passion for purpose-led brands and a desire to work where values meet action
